About Me
With a background in ITSM, I switched careers to content production to engage in a more creative role. I now have over eight years of experience writing high-impact content that resonates.
Yes, I’m a great writer with solid analytical skills – but I’m also in a good position to compel because, quite frankly, I’ve been there.
Just like your readers… I’ve procured big-ticket solutions, evaluating bids from competing vendors. I’ve had to search for effective solutions to tough problems too, and vendor content often aided that search.
And I’ve had the “privilege” of motivating a solution that’s sensible – to sceptical internal stakeholders.
How I Work
First and foremost, I’m here to help you get your message across in the most effective (and efficient) way.
Your goal is to sign another client. Together, we do so gently – with the understanding that the B2B buying process takes time and that it involves many touchpoints with multiple stakeholders.
The remainder of the process is flexible to fit your requirements. This would typically include a strategy session, topic proposal if needed, and an interview with your SME if available.
You’ll receive a detailed outline explaining the approach to the content. On approval I’ll go ahead and produce the content, with two rounds of revision included as standard.
